You have goals and questions. I have answers and solutions. You may have physical limitations or medical conditions, or you may just be downright frustrated that you have been wanting to get fit and feel as if you keep running into obstacle after obstacle. We will discuss it all during this 45-minute conversation after which I will be able to tailor a fitness and nutrition approach suited specifically for you.

You and I will talk for 45 minutes via an online platform (e.g., Zoom, Facetime, etc.). This conversation will be beneficial for a number of reasons:

First, it is important for you to understand what can be done to get you to your end-goal(s). In order for me to serve you best, I will ask you a series of questions about your fitness goals, health history, physical activity, eating habits, and more to give me a better idea of how to structure a fitness and nutrition program for you as an individual. With me as your coach, you are not getting a carbon copy of a fitness program crafted for someone else. I listen to and consider your responses to tailor your activity and options as close to your needs and expectations as possible. Have you worked out recently? When was the last time you were consistent with a workout routine? Were you an athlete when you were in high school? Have you been experiencing any aches or pains in your muscles, joints, or nerves lately? How many times and at what times do you eat each day? The questions that I ask are personal and you have the option of declining to give any specific information that may be too sensitive for you to share. Just understand each component of the program that I design for you will be included not only to maximize your desired results, but to maximize your safety as much as possible. The information you provide will help me abide by those aims and is strictly confidential.

Additionally, you most likely have a ton of questions about many things that you have heard about various aspects of fitness: “Which is better to do first in your workout: strength training or cardio?” “Is it bad to eat carbohydrates before bed?” “How much protein do I need to consume each day?” “Can I lose fat in certain areas of my body?” Whatever you have on your list of fitness mysteries is fair game for discussion when I am sitting in front of you so that after our conversation, you are better informed, more confident, and more motivated to tackle your goals.

You will also need to understand what your options are with regard to an actual fitness training program. Are you able to work out for 50 minutes at a time or do you only have time for 30? Do you want to work out solo or are you better suited working out with a partner or two? How many days per week do you want to meet with a personal trainer? After our consultation discussion, you will have a better idea of what works for you with regards to a specific fitness and nutrition coaching option and I will have the details I need to craft your program successfully.
